Craig brings over 25 years of business leadership and coaching insight to his work as a wealth management advisor. With a unique ability to blend personal experience, strategic planning and deep empathy, Craig guides clients to live intentionally with clarity in work/life balance. He leads our advising among senior business leaders.

Before founding our advisory practice, Craig held executive leadership roles in corporate finance, operations and marketing at global firms like GE, Tyco International and Covidien (now Medtronic), as well as several private equity-backed companies. These roles gave him firsthand insight into the ambitions and pressures of high-performing professionals, enabling him to engage clients in meaningful, real-world conversations that go far beyond traditional financial advice.

Craig is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner with expertise in Behavioral Finance (Bryant University) and Retirement Income Planning (The American College). He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations and is also certified in Long-Term Care Planning, a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma Quality and a Certified Master Professional Coach — reflecting his passion for client coaching and a strong process mindset in our work.

Craig graduated from Fairfield University and GE’s Financial Management Program. He lives outside Boston with his wife, LeAnne, and their dog. He is a proud father to Olivia, a nurse at Tufts Medical Center, and Alex, an analyst at JP Morgan. A passionate lifelong learner, Craig also enjoys crossing off bucket list items, improving his golf game, boating and treasures time with family and friends.
